Am I the only one who gets ignored when I speak?

Newly Diagnosed

I don't know if I'm imagining things, but I feel like when I talk, people aren't listening to me. Like, they hear me, but it's as if the information I'm giving them is being ignored. Either they ignore me or they give me dirty looks, as if I had said something strange when I am saying exactly the same thing as the others. For example, my friend and I go to see a teacher for informations. I ask them the question, it's akward, he looks at me so weirdly and then my friend repeat the exact same question and he smile at her and start explaining to her ignoring me. And it happens every day. With my classmates, teachers, friends, everyone. It's so frustrating because I try my best, I smile, I'm polite, I rehearse my sentences beforehand. But every time it's incredibly awkward no matter what I do. As a result, people don't really come and talk to me, and it's kind of hurtful because I really want to make friends.
