How many mobile downloads/sales does Slay the Spire 1 have?

Asking to help settle a debate with friends. We were talking about how Slay the Spire 2 has sold a lot more copies than Mewgenics. I said I was surprised because I thought Binding of Isaac is a more popular game than Slay the Spire 1. My friends disagreed, citing that Slay the Spire has sold a ton of copies on mobile, with a significant portion of those sales being new customers who never had the PC version, AND with one friend even alleging that the mobile version has potentially outsold the Steam version.

I would absolutely love to see data on this!! But unfortunately it doesn't seem like the iOS or Google Play data is publicly available.

Have the devs ever stated anywhere how many downloads/copies sold they've had on app stores? Is there anywhere I might be able to find this information?
