DAE find their doll helps them with baby fever?

I likely won't have children of my own due to my health and it was making me pretty sad the older I got. I decided to buy a cuddle doll and she's helped so much. I wonder if my brain is getting whatever chemicals it was craving by cuddling her and buying baby stuff?
