Frustrating dilemma dealing with TikTok Live Studio

Salutations! I'll try to get to the meat of this quickly. Last year around June or July I was streaming and saw that I was able to use Tik Tok Live studio, I was mainly a Twitch Streamer and wanted to give it a shot. It was quite fun and I wanted to continue. I got deep into the program setting up different profiles and banners, got access to stream in both profile styles through TTLS and then one day about a month after I started I see that my Live Acess has been "revoked" not banned. So I can still go live via my phone, but I no longer have access to TTLS. For a few months now I have checked to see if I have any

Strikes - no Bans - no Account in good standing - YES!

As I continue to make content TT keeps sending me messages to "Up my game using - TTLS, but every time I click that link I get a message at the top saying "Account Revoked" I have no idea how to fix this. I've gone the route of emailing TT Customer service and got the following results.

Action: I tried this and and still getting "revoked" through the TT portal.

**"Sadly, this is the problem.

I've never received a message telling me that my access to use TikTok Live Studio was suspended. For Age, or content violation, or ANYTHING.

It's only when I actually open up TikTok Live Studio and look at my account that I see that my access to Live Studio has been revoked.

I've NEVER been told a reason why, and every time I try to renew my access I'm told to wait 3 days and I never get a message or notification of what the decision is or why.

This is why I need help.

I'm told in one place that my account is in "GOOD STANDING" and I'm told in another place that my access has been "REVOKED."

If age verification is what you guys need, I'm happy to provided it, just please let me know where to send it, as nothing on my PC or phone apps has a "Appeal" button for me to press as I've never been issued a message letting me know I have a livestream suspension.

To that point, I can go "live" on my phone right now, it's how I've been going live every time I've wanted to since my access to TikTok Live Studio has been revoked.

It's the access to "TIKTOK LIVE STUDIO" that has been "REVOKED" that I've had such a problem trying to fix, as I have no idea why it's been REVOKED.

"Hello, You have yet to meet the requirements for this feature. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide specific details on this. Please reapply after 30 days. Thank you, TikTok Team."

At this point I'm stuck and really don't know what I can do next. Has anyone be able to navigate this type of issue with TT before? Any and all help would be greatly apricated!
