what time is best to get to the arena with star vip?

i’ve never had vip for a concert before so i have no clue about times. i only managed to get a ticket for a city far away from where i live so i want to aim to arrive (i’m trying to sort train tickets) for the time that’s best for me to get straight in the queue.

also wondering, once in the venue is that it, your place is secured? or do you have to go back outside after soundcheck?
