Free Elopement Spots- Hendo/Saluda

My partner and I are eloping on 5/1, it will only be a total of 6 people that includes the photographer and our officiant. Very laid back, quick ceremony. I'm looking for free locations for the ceremony and would love suggestions! Mountain views, waterfalls, etc. are a plus!
