🟢 The Steward is live — our first working prototype

For the past few weeks we've been building in public. Today something real happened.

The Steward — described in the AquariuOS architecture as "the Interface Intelligence that makes the architecture legible" — now exists in its most primitive form. It's an AI that knows the full AquariuOS system and can explain it to anyone who lands on the page and wants to understand it.

It knows:

→ The Coherence Marker system

→ The Witness, the WitnessCouncil, the Lunar Constellation

→ The Justice and Daily Life use cases

→ What exists right now vs what's being built

What this is: a primitive prototype. It knows the system but it doesn't yet know you. The full Steward vision — personalized, longitudinal, integrated with your actual records — is what the pilot program is building toward. This is the seed.

What this is not: the finished product. Not AGI. Not magic. Just a well-briefed AI that can explain a complex architecture to a curious person at 2am without making them feel stupid for asking.
