One thing I'd say the nightlords did better than the remembrance bosses is *spectacle*.

Currently, my favorite fight in the game are the Balancers (I'm indecisive my answer changes) and that fight is super sick, but no real jaw dropping attacks, I just fancy well designed movesets a bit more. Since I'm so indecisive, I picked two;

A super underrated attack imo, ED Gladius when he splits into 3 dogs again, that attack is sooo cool. The charging in rhythm, the fiery inferno along with the howling sound right before are of course awesome, but I especially love how they run away right before they do it, because on repeat fights, you know its coming, so when you see them run its this moment of like, "*ohh snap, here we goo*!" I love when big attacks have windups like that, like Midir's laser in ds3, the way he jumps back twice so you know its coming gives me the same feeling; like its about to go *down*!

But an attack that will always have a special place for me is Caligo's ice ceiling. The way the arena gets shrouded, but you can *listen* for where she goes gives the attack more depth then just, "hey look, cool attack" but it is still just a damn cool attack. And the way you have the option of running toward her for damage, or away for cinema is nice. I love how mystical the music gets, reminds me of the Theory of Everything 2 mystery piano (iykyk ;)) Not sure why they removed it for the everdark, it was her most unique attack.

Tell me your favorites! also the short animation is by me:)

Your pick for the coolest/best attack in the game?
