How to get sunny weather with snow landscape

I saw this youtube video and want to reproduce this weather conditions:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJqyGt9-c3w&t=298s

He said he used this weather conditions:
"Starting weather
Light Snow Dynamic weather
OFF Road wetness - 0
Snow level - 0
Grip - Optimal"

But when i try this, it´s already snowing at start und the landscape is like autumn but not white. In the video it looks so nice with sunny conditions and white landscape.
Is someone able to reproduce the scenery in the video and could tell me the weather settings please?!
Thanks in advance!
