Questions about consolidating memory cards

Hey everyone, I have a 3000 that I installed pro 6.61 firmware on over a decade ago. I've got 3 PRO duo's that I have a variety of ISOs, some PS 1 games, a GBA emulator, and some actual UMD save data on. I'd like to consolidate everything on one 64 or 128 GB SD card. Would doing this be as simple as copying and pasting the files from the current DUOs onto my new memory card, or is there something else I need to do? Appreciate the help.
