Would I be a candidate for surgury?

I have these symtoms and was wondering if they would need surgury to fix:

Jaw drops during sleep and subconsciously during the day. Jaw clenching during sleep and when I wake up. Also subconsciously during the day. Jaw makes clicking noises and bulges when I eat. Teeth hurt when I wake up, as if there has been force on it for a long time. Underbite when relaxed. Cant breath well during day. Difficulty maintaining correct tongue posture. And when I do, I cant breath. Tongue presses on teeth and wants to go forward, which is a sign of recessed maxilla. Tongue touches side of teeth and I can see marks on my teeth when I open my mouth. Also usually get bruises and damaged tongue from biting on it when eating, but also subconsciously and when sleeping. I can find myself having my tongue between my teeth all the way around during the day. My throat cant relax, only when I try to maintain correct tongue posture, but I cant breath so I get tired after a while. I breath heavily. Deviated septum. Difficulty swallowing. I commonly get beverage stuck down my throat or alot of air follows. I have sleep apnea only when on back. My lower jaw drifts toward the left when I for example jawn, brush my teeth, or floss.

Thanks for letting me know!
