Tile vs Vanity Weight

DIY - Looking for Advice

In the process of remodeling my master bathroom, I am building a wall to wall double vanity about 9ft long 22 deep. My question is should I finish the bathroom vanity before laying tile? My concern is once the quartz countertop is installed and if the floor is already tiled will the weight potentially flex the floor enough to weaken the tiles bound with the floor? I was thinking if the vanity was 100% finish before tile went down then the floor would be “preloaded” if that makes sense.. or is there no concern if the tile floor is probably installed?

- Tile will not be installed under the vanity

- Underlayment is Schluter Ditra heat duo (not peel and stick) on 3/4 inch OSB subfloor

- Joist spacing 16 on center

- 12x24 tile

- Vanity runs parallel to the joists
