Why can’t people just treat public spaces with respect?

We have a nice little dog park in my town. My girls are fully vetted and safe, but I am so frustrated. We just wanted to enjoy a warm day, but someone else couldn’t follow simple park rules. My dog rolled in actual bloody diarrhea. Listen, a hound is gonna do what a hound is gonna do… but it’s not hard to pick up after your dog. The park has a station with multiple rolls of bags and a trash can, both fully stocked. My dog has even had soft stools at the park, but guess what? I still clean it up.

Then they bitch about our town being trashy without giving dignity to the spaces they claim are an issue.
