Pedal Commander problem

I’ve had a pedal commander in place for at least 6 months with zero problems. Today, out of the blue, I got a check engine light and went into limp mode. The error message on the dash mentioned 2 things: issue with the throttle body and an issue with the brake override.

Is this related to the Pedal Commander or something else? I’ve read some folks had the throttle body error and disconnecting the Pedal Commander resolved the issue. My concern is the brake override message.
