*Even monkeys fall from trees -* Japanese proverb

*The higher a monkey climbs a tree, the more it exposes its bottom* \- a leadership quote

*Fuck it. Trees.* \- u/DarkEsca

Fuck it, indeed. Trees was my hardest challenge yet. Pretty much all of the Poke-trees are Grass-type (weak to Ivy's Rayquaza/Eternatus) AND slow (weak to PokeRogue). I could have employed more of a stall tactic, but I decided to bark up the wrong tree and tried to brute force it. Well, we stood tall in the end. The legendary dragons of PokeRogue are no match for... six big sticks.

**Most Valuable Tree:** Abomasnow - based on the snow-covered fir trees found near Mount Zao, Japan, the abominable snow tree is commonly known as "Juhyo" (or "Ice/Snow Monsters"). Abomasnow's ability combination of Snow Warning + Slush Rush helped solve my speed problem as we slogged our way through Classic.

After this run, some tree riders wanted in on the action. So I ripped one of the more commonly requested runs: Monkeys! I started with everyone but Simisage and ended up monkeying around to a victory.

**Most Valuable Monkey:** Munkidori - this greedy guy stole EVERYTHING. Magician + Twin Beam was going bananas. Honorary mention for Infernape. I was curious how the switch from Beast Boost to Battle Bond would feel. Even though I prefer Beast Boost/special attacking Infernape, it was still very fun to try Infernape as a physical attacker.
