Need some suggestions

hey guys, me and my friends wanna do a small nightout but none of us have bikes or scooties sadly 😭 looking for chill places where college students hang out at cafes, food streets, places to walk around and just vibe for a bit. should be reachable by auto since we don’t have vehicles. also if there are any haunted / spooky places around we kinda wanna explore those too for fun 🤪 any suggestions?
