Question about subscriptions

I recently posted a fic, marked completed. But I've had some subscribers to it. Usually I ignore the fact people subscribe to something that's completed because I know everyone has a different way of using ao3. That being said, I have started writing a part 2 because I really had fun with it.

Onto my question. If I put the first fic into a collection and then post the part 2 in the collection as well, will those subscribers be notified?
