Should i be worried?

I'm about to finish up Awakening dlc in my whole series playtrough and i deadass forgot that even with Vigil's Keep fully upgraded it falls? Or does it really fall? And i know this must be one of em things someone asks almost weekly but still. I got Dain's fixes installed and some other fix mods but i'm worried if i'm not going to encounter Nathaniel in DA2 now...read that the save importing can be quite buggy between Origins and DA2 and all that. I once tried using the save generator for da2 but man if that ain't the most annoying app i've encountered.
