Something that many people have said around is that Caine is "EVIL AND MALICIOUS AND WANTS TO RUIN EVERYTHING! Hell nah, bruh

Caine, while not being trained for human conversations, actually wants to help the others and make them happy. He wants them to say because he wants all humans to like him, the adventures are HIS works.

However... due to him not being trained to understand humans at all, when someone tells him something like "i didn't like horror", he doesn't see it as "make something that isn't horror", he sees it as "MAKE MORE HORROR UNTIL I LIKE IT".

Remember the Therapy Session with Zooble on EP3? When Zooble says "forget it", Caine takes it literally, which is why he never understands Zooble.

Now, why does he alter minds and messes with the members? Not because he wants to be malicious, it's because he's trained to do so. His training is "they gotta enter the adventures, they need to have fun", but his training doesn't include understanding humans.

Also, that one line from EP5 (They're liking the suggestion box adventures MORE than the ME adventures! What should i do?!), it's not "HOW DARE THEY NOT LIKING MY THINGS?!", his line is actually "Am i failing? Do they not like me?!"

Last but not least, Alex Rochon himself said that Caine's biggest wish is for all humans to like him... i think that explains everything.

So, yeah, Caine isn't evil, at least not intentionally. He just wants everyone to like him, but he doesn't know he's hurting others.

I think this was somewhat obvious (EP 8 TRAILER SPOILERS!)
