Mariner Hotel, Westport. No.4 Mill Street - Room 1

I will be visiting Ireland solo in a few weeks, with 3 nights in Westport. I am trying to decide between a regular hotel room at The Mariner Hotel and a room two doors down, owned by The Mariner, called No.4 Mill Street - Room 1. The Room 1 is 87 Euros a night cheaper than the room in the hotel. The photos of this room look fine, and the saved money is significant, but I can't find any reviews online of this room. So, if anyone here has any direct experience with this room, I would be grateful to hear it. Thanks!
