I took my PlayStation to Best Buy to get it fixed and the lady who was helping me literally didn’t do anything except for write what I said down and take the PlayStation. And three weeks later I get my PlayStation back and login and everything is deleted I looked it up and apparently it’s supposed to happen so I just downloaded all my games back. But my media gallery. All my memories…They’re gone.
