Makeup recommendations for dry, sensitive skin

My skin has recently become very dry. I think I might be entering perimenopause state. Also very sensitive skin. Anywho most makeup I use causes flaking and looks dry on me. I tried the Hourglass Veil Hydrating Skin Tint Foundation and it went on nicely. But the problem is it gives me zero coverage. I’m looking for more coverage than that. Any recommendations would be appreciated, thank you.
