Ghosted after 5 Rounds

What's going on all?! Just wanted to rant - I HATE these corporate ASSHOLES! I've been out of work since October 9th - laid off after only 4 months! Fuck them! Fast forward to 2/2/26 - I get a call from a recruiter about a good role - fully-remote and full-time. Had a meeting with the hiring manager 2 days later, then another person 2 days after that. Got to the final round and got completely ghosted. I sent two follow-up emails and nothing, crickets. How is this shit allowed? Further, had another interview with a separate company; got the invite for the final round to be held earlier this week, and the day before I got an email from a separate recruiter telling me that the position is no longer viable. Fucking idiots all of them. And the best part, is that all these assholes have jobs.

Let me know insights - has it happened to any of you? How do you say, "fuck them" and move on?
