Was thinking about finally buying SoK and jumping back into MW5: Mercs, however, I'm on Xbox and am wondering if the memory leak, inventory issue(s) has been fixed?

Title. I did a cursory search, but couldn't find any info newer than like 6 months ago. So yeah, is this issue fixed? I have all the other DLC, save SoK, but I don't want to get it if it causes my game to be less reliable. Thanks.
