Got the access to Bilt concierge today. Just sharing the first looks if someone is eager

I still see the Join Close Friends option but Concierge that was displaying below it is not displayed as I got access to it. I thought both were the same.

Thoughts -

The app has got a fresh new look but still the existing issues like app crashing when we click Buy a Home are still there. Weird that Bilt did not even mind to fix it despite sending an email to the support and then copying Ankur. Looks like they don't really care.

I thought Neighborhood Concierge means I will be directed to a dedicated person or live agent available to answer questions. But I forgot the fact that we live in the AI world. Once again it is all the automated responses/bots/engines that respond to your question. Happy that it at least understands and responds accurately. I knew there is no Mobile checkout where I live but just wanted to give it a try and I was surprised to see that it even gave me detailed explanation saying that there are restaurants in NY or Chicago area that offers Mobile checkout. And it was instead asking me if it could help with the nearby restaurants.

It is not great (like a live agent) but at least not awful.

Those who have got access, if you have used it for anything else or if you feel it's better in some aspects please do share your experience.
