DAE often have this faint feeling of puking?

Title, often I just will have this odd feeling in my throat, no where else, just that I need to puke. I've had this feeling for a long time. I hardly ever throw up, but there was this one day I puked on campus 4 times. No other issues, no stomach/headache, nothing I ate was out of the ordinary. My body just wanted to puke. The only time I can remember puking was the first time I got drunk 2 years ago and before that in like 2016 when I had a fever

It's sort of that 'full' feeling in your throat, the one that makes swallowing feel sort of uncertain as to whether something will come up afterwards lol. Also I have looked at symptoms of acid reflux and none are applicable other than the throat feeling

Since then I've been taking the feeling much more serious, because before I sort of wrote it off since it came with no consequences. It's just super odd and I've never met anyone who feels similar
