Cary Shoulder Bag - How Do Restocks Work?

Hello! After years of knock offs, I've decided to finally get my first designer purse. I've been doing a lot of research, and I think I'd like to get the Cary Shoulder Bag, but it appears to be out of stock.

It's my first time shopping with Coach, so I'm not familiar with their restock practices. Will it be restocked? Or do they do exclusive drops and that's it? If it does get restocked, does there seem to be a pattern to when they do?

Thank you for your help!
