Auto transfers Mailed - anyone know how to make it stop?

On hold with Cap One and they don't know how to make it stop.

With auto transfer , I used to get an email notifications. Now, all of a sudden I can a stack of letters vis USPS Mail. Literally 11 seperate letters a week. Its a PIA and I'm sure its a setting somewher that got clicked

Anyone turned this off?
