Best friend ignoring me

My best friend/roommate has been ignoring me for the past 2 days. Two nights ago I sent her a photo of an at home tattoo I did on myself. It didn't turn out great, not horrible though. Her response was "yeah that looks bad lmao" and "is that the 8 point star I was talking about that I wanted to get" and I told her I had no idea what it was, I looked up easy finger tattoos on tiktok. she said "its an 8 point star" I told her I didn't know, and I'm gonna have a tattoo shop fix it eventually, maybe turn it into a sun or something.

The next day I reached out texting her something random like normal. No response. Then I text later in the day asking how she's doing. No response. (We text all the time normally. if not on and off all day, we at least send a few texts through out the day and we never ignore each other). She ignored me all day yesterday. I hadn't heard from her since the conversation about the tattoo the night before. I was started to get worried and she wasn't home (she stays at her bfs house sometimes) so I texted this morning asking if she's okay and told her I'm worried (I was completely sure she was mad at me and genuinely concerned) her response was "yeah I'm fine lmao" I said "ok I'm glad ur okay, we never go that long without texting and I reached out multiple times yesterday. are you mad?" still no response from her.

I was anxious at first, but now I'm just annoyed. To be upset with me over getting a tattoo she talked about wanting but never showed me photos of? What does she think my intentions were? it was a complete coincidence. But to ignore me for 2 days and not even communicate she's upset is what's really getting to me.. I don't know what to do. were supposed to celebrate her birthday dinner tomorrow.. hope things aren't awkward.
