Expat first-time mom in Germany

I am a SAHM with a 7 month old baby. I come from a desi background where there was a literal village to help with raising a kid. It's been an ok journey so far but I struggle with literally going out/taking the kid out even for a walk, keeping myself looking halfway decent and having the house clean. Important context, I have an emergency C-section and baby was a premmie.

Seeking help from other expat parents on tips on how to keep life more or less smooth. I've been also trying to make friends but haven't succeeded. Right now time is kinda unpredictable with the baby.
