App Idea: Called Sparetime

Real-time sparetime tracker for people with busy schedules looking to find moments to breath or catch their breath. We live in a busy world and people have to jam pack their schedules, then get lost in the sauce doom scrolling or whatever else instead of focusing on the time that you have and actually enjoying it. This is meant to bring awareness to those windows of time you can take for yourself! Not meant to be a productivity app just a app to help with awareness, presence, and allow you to use your time how you want!
