Brand new USB-C Headphones not working on iPhone 15

I just bought a pair of USB-C headphones to use with my iPhone 15 but they are not working at all.

I have tried everything: I've restarted my phone, I've made sure to clean out both the port on my phone and with the headphones, I've disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth, and I've updated to the latest version (ios 26.3.1.). I'm looking for any tips available because I just bought these headphones and I really don't wanna have to replace them.
