No Harvard Interview = Cooked?
Is it true that if you didn't get a Harvard interview, you basically have no shot at getting in? I feel like a data point that's widely circulated around here is that, like, only 5 people got into Harvard without an interview a few years ago, but also, I thought like 80-90% of the applicant pool got an interview in that era?
I didn't get an interview at Harvard (or Yale...), but I got one at Duke, was accepted to Georgetown EA, and UVA as an Echols Scholar. So I don't think I would fail a prescreen that 80% of applicants pass? idk 😭 maybe I'm more cooked than I initially thought...
