Suggestions Please: Customer Acquisition

Hi! I own a small business with my family offering cleaning and property management services. We offer Airbnb (short term rentals), residential, commercial, move-in, move-out, and post-construction cleaning services. We have solid client clients we have gained over the past years and a very reliable team. We are rated five stars on Google, our prices are fair, and we price match when possible. Our next goal is to have a client this year to scale our business. We are looking for recommendations for customer acquisition and promoting our business.

Here’s we have so far:

- Social media post

- Social media ads

- Facebook groups (We cannot promote heavily on here because we can get kicked out of the groups)

- Marketplace (Turno)

- EDDM (Every day direct mail through USPS)

- Google ads

- Emailing real estate agents

- Handing out flyers

- Client referral program

- Emailing construction companies, property managers & real estate agents

I am considering a referral program that people can earn $ if they refer us to somebody and we complete a service for them. Other than that, I am running out of ideas. What do you recommend? What has work for you before even if you’re not in the same industry as us?
