Finding soms cheap shibori heko obi in Kyoto or Osaka?

Hi everyone! I'm in Osaka, and taking a trip to Kyoto today. I was wondering is maybe somebody has some tips? I'm looking for some cheap heko obis for an art project.

I also have a tip to share for those looking for old kimono in Osaka: the basement of the Semba center starting at Hommachi station has lots of stores in varying degrees of pricing. Some on the 1f floor too. The heko obis I found were rather smelly though, and still sort of expensive (3000 yen) so I'm looking in Kyoto today.
