Honor Ram Turbo

I really can't believe that Honor 200 series,Magic 7 Lite and other midrange phones have toggle to disable Ram Turbo while flagships like Magic 6 Pro and Magic 5 Pro don't have that option.

What is wrong with Honor?

Are they doing this on purpose?
