Is the whole universe changed or just earth

I thought the pathway to souls was specifically the one for earth but i saw another post where people seemed to think it was for the whole universe and now I’m confused

Is cursed energy gone from the whole universe or just on earth ? Will simurians back on their home planet also be born without curse energy now ?

I thought when yuji was talking about it being a sin it was just about losing the potential of ce on earth but if it’s everywhere that seem so much worse
