How to switch from sales to marketing?

For context I had 2 marketing internships in college, it was my major, but I’ve been stuck in sales the last two years and really want to make the switch.

My B2B sales experience is extremely different from any marketing jobs, because it’s nothing like my agency internship back in college.

I’m 23 and I’m hoping it’s not too late to get a media planner, paid media associate, SEO associate, etc. job at either a big agency or in house.

Anyone ever start in sales after college and switch to marketing - any tips?
