Intimate Wedding cost in canada?

Hi, we are planning our wedding in canada ( lower mainland) next year and thinking of inviting 50 - 60 people max. The budget is around 50 k including everything outfits and all. Do you think booking a farm house for wedding and accomodation is going to save us money? Planning to do all the events at the same place. Please advise.
