2 week Springtime itinerary Portugal?

Hi!! traveling to Lisbon in mid-April with my husband and eight month old for my husband‘s work. We will be in Lisbon for six days and then have eight more days to explore the country (with a baby). we don’t want to do too much moving around, but we’re open to 2-3 more destinations. our favorite activities in general are tons of walking, eating, and going to museums, and we love nature.

i’m not really keen on going anywhere TOO remote… I like to be around some people/restaurants!

- where should we go in April after Lisbon? any 8 day itinerary (feasible with a baby) is welcome!

(we were thinking Lisbon to Alentejo region to Comporta, but I’m not sure if it makes sense to go to Comporta during the off-season?)
