Can I retire in 8 year at age 44

Myself 36M and wife 34F have three kids under the age of 5. I’m looking to retire after I hit 20 years at my job at age 44 and my wife works till she’s 50. This will give me around 6500-7000 a month pension. Right now I make around 170k a year with overtime and my wife makes 145k with a 35% bonus and will get a 3-4% raise a year also additional 16k a year from a side business. Our yearly expenses are about 100k. Below are our financials:

My 457b- 300k max out every year

My deferred comp 401k Roth - 52k contribute 5%

Wife’s 401k- 230k contributes 12% with 5% match

Wife’s Roth IRA- 73k contributes $300 a month

Stocks- 135k

Crypto- 30k

HYSA- 25k

House- 300k equity bought 5 years ago still owe 410k at 3% rate

When my wife retires I’ll be 52 and I figured I’ll tap into my 457 or stocks if need be till I hit 59.5 and can touch the Roth and then social security eventually
