interesting card changes in STS2

This card looks like it's worded not to benefit from artifact the same way Flex does in STS1. Does anyone know if Panacea is in STS2? I haven't seen it yet.

I also noticed Shockwave has been made a colorless card. Truly a sad day for IC since it was pretty much a staple in all my A20H runs.
