Internal mammary Node Involvement

Has anyone had any spread to their internal mammary lymph node chain? My cancer is located in my upper inner quadrant and I’m worried about spread to these internal nodes. My main fear is the fact that if there is spread they can’t be removed since they’re behind the chest wall. I’ve also read that involvement in these nodes leads to poorer prognosis. ( I know I should be staying away from google)

Have any of you had this and are doing well? How do the doctors treat this?
