Question on pvpve matchmaking

Today i bought my girlfriend the game and weirdly enough we only got pvp lobbies and died in about 5/15 games while not even defending ourselves.

I personally have 50 hours on the game and out of all of these ive never ever killed a player before and neither has she as she played eveyrthing with me, ive always gotten PvE lobbies but now with her i get lobbies where EVERYONE including on dam shoots us on sight.

how do i fix this?
