Need some tips for my youtube

So bascially I am a somewhat new channel my account was created a year ago but I mainly started posting g 3 weeks ago and my niche is bascially just me being a beginner artist and drawing everyday until I can becoming a comic artist myself so I would record my drawing for one day then post it then just keep doing this until I reach my goal so its like a journey channel I guess? Day 1, day 2 etc is there any tips to make my videos more engaging? And make people want to watch cuz I know it is boring just watching some random do a time-lapse of his drawing progress each day and some commentary on it or is it not possible to gain views until my drawing actually starts getting good. Any tips or video ideas are greatly appreciated :)
