[Routine Help] Purging Timeline advice

Hi! I started my skincare journey about 5 months ago now. I have pretty good skin, but I learned I'm allergic to cats (roommate has one) and DUST so my allergist suggested i start a routine since i can't fully get away from those two allergy starters haha

I started to get a good routine down, but last night I switched out my cleanser and today my skin started to purge. Only slightly though so I'm curious that if it isn't that bad then with the purging be quicker? Primarily asking as I will be in a wedding party next weekend and I want to keep my skin as good as possible

Switched from Native's Sensitive Facial Cleanser to First Aid Beauty Facial Cleanser.

TLDR: if my purging isn't severe (only one bump), will the purging be quicker or should I switch back until after my big event (the wedding)
