Gastritis, cancer, health anxiety

Hello every one, 33 yo male here. All members of my familiy have H. pylori gastritis issue. I have severe health anxiety. I cant keep myself looking to symptoms and checking my body. While watching film, waiting for something etc. you name it. It is 3 weeks now. I have constant bloating after every meal and some stomach burn. I have endoscopy in 3 days but this waiting is killing me. Last 5-6 days i have nausea time to time, diarrhea, constipation, mucus on toilet paper. I even scare to go to the toilet cuz i think that i see blood on toilet. I went different doctors, several blood tests, ultrasound. All clear except some severe vitamin D defficiency, no anemia. I am overweight and had bad diet. I fear endoscopy results will come bad. I feel fatigued also. No quality sleeps. I even waked up 1 or 2 nights with full of gas ( farting or diarrhea ) or sweats. I went toilet and blood rushing my head ( feeling ) . Have anyone experienced this stress ? Should i seek psychological support? I fear that i have some kind of cancer. Open for advices.
