PC turns on but stuck on motherboard logo after BIOS update

I updated my BIOS and now my PC powers on but stays stuck on the motherboard logo. I can't enter BIOS sometimes and Windows doesn’t load. I tried clearing CMOS but it didn’t fully fix it. What could cause this and how can I recover the BIOS?
