The timeline in Unicorn Operation

In Unicorn Operation, the beginning is a single path that eventually splits into three paths plus one secret path.

- Tanakahli

- Academy

- Ranger

- Kahli Flower

At the end of each path, there's a little finale between MC and LI.

But I'm wondering, if we only consider the timeline and logic, we agree that of all these endings, only one actually happens, right?

Let me give an example to be clearer.

For Sylus and MC, I loved the purple ending, "The Last Celebration," where Sylus gives the necklace to MC. Can I assume that only this ending matters and the Academy and Ranger paths didn't happen, or is the only ending that counts necessarily the secret Kahli Flower path, which is the ending where everything turns out well?
