Ethical Breeders of British Shorthair Cats

Looking for ethical breeders of British Shorthair Cats. I have done some research and I would like to reduce the chance of a major health problem such as HCM. When I visit websites of catteries they rarely mention that they screen their parent cats for HCM. I found a thread from 4 years ago, but it appeared the thread bashed almost all the breeders on the list. Is there an up-to-date list of ethical breeders? I can only buy from a breeder from the East Coast area as I am willing to travel anywhere from Georgia to New York.
